Description
The Ford Customer Service Division Tech team is looking for a high-impact and versatile Senior Product Designer. The candidate must be collaborative by nature—willing to lead, execute, optimize and adjust both work product and processes—based on feedback and input from a number of stakeholders. You will champion Human-Centered Design and UX excellence across multiple digital products — guiding, mentoring, and empowering designers while ensuring consistency in usability, accessibility, and design quality. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, using Interaction Design, Service Design, and Figma expertise to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions. Through planning, testing, and iteration, you’ll help shape intuitive, scalable experiences that advance the Ford Service Hub’s design vision and culture.
