QUALIFICATIONS AND ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer, ideally with experience from SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B
• Strong proficiency with Figma, demonstrating a solid understanding of how to craft clear, intuitive UIs. You think in entire user journeys, not just isolated screens
• A strong grasp of UX patterns and design principles, with well-articulated opinions on what constitutes good design
• The ability to speak your mind, engage in healthy debate, and challenge assumptions to find the best solution for our users. You’re also quick to admit when you’re wrong
• A proactive, self-driven, and curious mindset. You actively seek opportunities to learn, ask questions, and move the design process forwardAdaptability to a fast-changing environment and comfort engaging with a variety of stakeholders and users
