QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 7+ years of experience specializing in UX/UI design for websites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and a user-centered approach.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience with prototyping.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with designers, engineers, and product teams.
• Advanced skills in working within and adapting content management systems (e.g., AEM) to technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Preferred experience in content marketing site design.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, user-focused web interfaces that drive business goals. This is a key role in transforming user experiences for high-profile digital projects, incorporating established design systems and best practices across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create user-centered web interfaces that align with business objectives.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless website design solutions.
• Adapt and expand existing design systems to meet project requirements.

• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback to enhance team deliverables.
