No bureaucracy, just smart people building things that matter. About the role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help raise the bar on product quality across Happeo. This is a hands-on IC role where you'll work closely with PMs and engineers on complex, evolving problem spaces – designing experiences that make company knowledge easy to find and genuinely useful. We’re especially interested in designers who are AI-native in how they work: using modern tools and workflows to speed up thinking, prototyping, and iteration, and to create tighter collaboration between design, product, and engineering. What you’ll do Design end-to-end product experiences as part of a cross-functional squad Work across areas like Knowledge, Comms, Workflows and Integrations Partner closely with PMs and engineers to explore problems deeply and ship quality work Bring strong product thinking, systems awareness, and solid craft to everything you touch Use AI as a normal part of your design workflow What we’re looking for Senior-level experience designing SaaS products in a startup or scale-up environment Strong product and systems thinking – you see how pieces connect High-quality visual and interaction design skills Clear communication and a collaborative approach with engineers Comfort with ambiguity: you thrive without heavy hand-holding Fluency with AI tools (this is expected, not optional) Location This is a remote role. We're primarily hiring in South Africa for this position. Employment is offered through an Employer of Record or on a contractor basis.
