• Translate research into clear problem statements and opportunities that influence product direction.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high fidelity interfaces in Figma.

• At least five years’ commercial experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Experience owning the complete design process across multiple live web and mobile products.
• Strong user research skills, including interviews, usability testing and validation.
• Advanced Figma, prototyping and high fidelity interface design capability.
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating, managing and scaling a unified design system.
• A data informed mindset, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Strong experience collaborating within multidisciplinary Agile product teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem solving and polished digital experiences.
