This role offers the opportunity to shape the end-to-end experience of a complex SaaS product used by diverse users across multiple regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and iterate on solutions that are both human-centered and data-informed. Your work will influence product strategy, usability, and accessibility, ensuring meaningful impact for end users. This position combines creative problem-solving, research, and design execution, with an emphasis on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. You will contribute to design systems, advocate for users, and leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows. The role is remote-first and encourages interaction with global colleagues to create cohesive and impactful user experiences. \n Accountabilities: Lead the creation of user-centered designs for SaaS products, including journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives. Maintain and champion design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility across products. Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to ideate, refine, and validate design concepts. Leverage analytics and product metrics to inform decisions and measure the impact of design initiatives. Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, accelerate workflows, and improve design quality. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UX/Product design for complex SaaS products. Post-secondary education in HCI, Design, or related fields. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo) and accessibility compliance (WCAG). Strong understanding of UX principles including Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design. Ability to advocate for users, using data to support design decisions and alternatives. Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
