Job Description

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll take the lead on end-to-end products across multiple channels to improve how our customers discover and book their dream holidays. You’ll own the entire design process—from concept to delivery - bringing your creative vision to life.
Your responsibilities will include simplifying complex problems into holistic solutions that consider both customer and business needs, planning and managing multiple streams of work, conducting user research and testing, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office.*

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS PART OF THE ROLE:

• Seek to understand user needs, and business goals and translate them into user-friendly solutions.
• Generate wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes that will be tested, validated and iterated upon.
• Effectively and clearly communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders with the ability to take on feedback and build from it.
• Validate and enhance your designs iteratively by conducting customer testing.
