Responsibilities

  • Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and refine design hypotheses. Iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings to continuously improve the product experience and validate design solutions.
  • Design System: Collaborate with the design system team and developers to implement improvements. Identify potential issues in components and the contribution process.
  • Collaboration: Proactively communicate changes, project progress, updates, project notes, strategic thoughts, etc. to managers, key stakeholders, and peers. Ensuring visual and functional consistency across all products by advocating for design system best practices and standards.
  • Advocacy: Promote design principles and user-centered design philosophy across the organization.
  • Usability and accessibility: Champion usability and accessibility principles to create intuitive and accessible user experiences. Refine user journeys and interactions to simplify complex workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
