This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in EMEA. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located within EMEA to collaborate effectively with your team, peers, and internal stakeholders. You will lead design projects from discovery to delivery, creating impactful, user-centered solutions that balance business, technical, and user needs. Your work will influence the product experience across multiple devices and screen sizes while shaping design processes and maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building empathy with users and translating insights into actionable outcomes. Success in this role requires creativity, research-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities: • Conduire l’ensemble du processus design : recherche, discovery, idéation, prototypage, tests et livraison. • Explorer les besoins utilisateurs via des recherches qualitatives et quantitatives. • Faciliter l’alignement des équipes grâce à des ateliers et sessions collaboratives. • Créer des solutions centrées utilisateur, alignées avec les besoins business et techniques. • Produire des maquettes et prototypes interactifs, raffinés à travers des tests utilisateurs. • Contribuer au design system tout en assurant cohérence et qualité sur tous les supports. • Développer une forte empathie utilisateur et transformer les insights en opportunités concrètes. 5+ années d’expérience dans un rôle de product designer, idéalement dans un environnement B2B/B2B SaaS. • Expérience démontrable de conception pour plusieurs dispositifs et tailles d’écran, garantissant une expérience fluide sur toutes les plateformes. • Maîtrise complète du processus de design thinking et des méthodologies associées. • Compétences solides en recherche utilisateur, storytelling, mapping et blueprinting. • Compétences avancées en design visuel et interfaces. • Maîtrise de Figma et de ses fonctionnalités, en particulier AutoLayout. • Capacité à développer une empathie profonde avec les utilisateurs et à comprendre leurs besoins et attentes. • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en priorisant et s’auto-organisant efficacement. • Expérience de travail dans des environnements Agile. • La connaissance de Vibecoding est un plus.
