This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in Europe. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process for a growing, technically ambitious product, shaping the user experience from concept to final implementation. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive and visually compelling solutions. This position offers high autonomy and impact, allowing you to influence product direction, scale design systems, and champion user-centric design practices. You will run research, usability tests, and workshops, helping the team make data-informed decisions and build consistency across the platform. Accountabilities Lead the full product design lifecycle, from research and discovery through prototypes, final designs, and hand-offs. Translate user research, product data, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable design solutions. Plan and conduct usability tests, workshops, and feedback loops to ensure user-centric outcomes. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to maintain alignment and high-quality implementation. Contribute to the growth and consistency of the design system across the product. Shape and scale best practices, processes, and design culture within the organization. 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technical products. Strong UX and UI skills, with the ability to make complex workflows intuitive and visually clear. Experience in research and facilitation, including interviews, usability tests, and workshops. Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous, and able to thrive in fast-paced, async-friendly environments. Data literacy: experience using analytics and user behavior to inform design decisions. Bonus: familiarity with SEO tools or AI-driven products. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
