The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and design strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving design systems, advocating for usability, collaborating across teams, and managing key stakeholders.
This role requires a strong product mindset, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a flat hierarchy. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers, while also engaging with business stakeholders.
This position offers a flexible hybrid/remote work setup to support productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion design, product research, usability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Define, ideate, research, and prototype designs in both low and high fidelity.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to drive design initiatives.
• Document and synthesise insights to improve user experience.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and design tokens.
• Write UI copy and microcopy to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Manage the translation process as the platform expands from 3 to 8 languages.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience/training.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• A curious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to showcase real-world design challenges, demonstrating problem-solving, process, insights, and outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and humility.
• Experience in cross-functional, agile product teams following a product-led approach.
• Previous experience in fintech or a related industry.

Bonus Skills

• Experience designing for the SMB (small and medium business) sector, particularly in neobanking.
• Hands-on experience with comprehensive design systems and design tokens.
