YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience designing software products (preferably in B2B SaaS or Consumer SaaS).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action. Fast iteration is important to us.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI design skills, user-centered thinking, and systems design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with engineers to bring designs to life.
• Familiarity with data-rich or workflow-heavy products is a strong plus.
• Passionate about solving real user problems through thoughtful design.
