What you’ll Do:

• You will use your full range of product design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills to produce elegant simple designs.
• Design end-to-end solutions through discovery, research, concept, prototype, delivery and feedback.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, mobile design best practices, cross-browser best practices, modern web design principles, and information architecture.
• Work with a living Design system collaborating to expand and maintain its components.
• Adapt your designs across platforms with an understanding of the opportunities and limitations of different platforms.
• Communicate designs concisely and clearly through presentation, and other written and verbal means to stakeholders and engineering.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Coach and mentor designers across different levels.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience as a UX designer, Product designer or related role.
• An excellent portfolio, showcasing strong foundations in visual design, user experience, and mobile interactions.
• End-to-end design skills from ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototyping skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Experience creating brand guidelines and taking governance that guidelines are adhered to.
• Experience with Figma.
• Passionate about User Experience & UI Design.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.

Location and Travel:

• Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland, or Limerick City Centre, Ireland currently this is set to 2 days per week onsite.
