ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end product design solutions that align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams, leveraging tools like Figma, Miro, and AI to create scalable, impactful designs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Strategic Design: Define and deliver end-to-end design solutions that are strategically aligned with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility. Ensure designs scale and drive measurable impact. Create user-flows in Miro, high-fidelity mockups in Figma and incorporate insights to iterate quickly.
• Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and other stakeholders to co-create solutions, build trust-based relationships, and align teams around shared goals.
• Thought Leadership: Champion a collaborative, user- and business-centered design culture at Tempo. Promote UX best practices, foster cross-functional alignment, and advocate for the value of design in driving outcomes.
• Leveraging AI for workflow efficiency: Utilize AI tools and capabilities to accelerate all stages of the product design process.
• Design Systems Knowledge: Proven experience creating, managing, or contributing to a design system and component libraries in a large-scale software environment.
