We are HIRING for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital banking experiences across web and mobile platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, researchers, and compliance teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.



Skills

  • 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design, with significant experience designing digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects and measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum product development environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
