You will define how people experience the intelligence inside Epicor’s products. As part of the Product Experience & Design team, you will design the interactive fabric of the Prism Agent Foundry, where AI agents come to life through intuitive and elegant user experiences. Agent Foundry is where customers create and manage their own intelligent agents. You will craft the core product design for these experiences, ensuring each interaction feels human, fluid, and purposeful. You will work with peers across product, research, and design to translate complexity into simplicity and delight. What You’ll Do Create visually polished, intuitive experiences for agent creation and management Define core interaction models and motion language for the Agent Foundry environment Collaborate with UX researchers to test and refine design decisions Partner with design system teams to evolve shared patterns and visual language Build high-fidelity prototypes that bring new ideas to life Contribute to design critiques and mentor peers on craft and usability quality What You Bring 5 to 8 years in product or interaction design with a strong craft portfolio Expertise in designing sophisticated yet approachable user interfaces Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools Deep attention to detail in typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy Excellent communication and collaboration skills A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UX craft, clarity in problem framing, and measurable product impact What Could Set You Apart Experience designing creation environments or data-rich interactive tools Knowledge of motion principles and visual storytelling Experience in enterprise or AI-driven products Strong personal aesthetic and systems-thinking mindset Why Epicor Epicor builds software that powers real industries, and now we are designing the intelligence that powers them smarter.
