ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is able to quickly interpret customer and business needs, and turn them into compelling creative solutions. Often working under tight deadlines, the Senior Product Designer must be able to autonomously drive design work forward, from articulating and prioritizing user problems to creating design solutions of varying fidelity. They will be accountable for design quality and cohesion across their area. They must be an effective communicator, especially when it comes to relaying creative concepts to cross-disciplinary counterparts and to stakeholders.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A successful track record of designing and shipping well-loved digital products.
• Experience of working on user experience in the music making industry
• Experience of working on ‘Discovery’ and ‘Navigation’ topics to increase user engagement across large, complex eco-systems
• A portfolio of work which showcases your UX design process, as well as strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Ability to think in systems and visualize ambiguous problem spaces in a way that creates a cohesive narrative.
• Ability to present and explain ideas and design solutions to stakeholders and colleagues
• A proactive mindset, looking for ways to make the user experience both easy to use and visually appealing, solving user problems effectively and elegantly.
• You know and apply best practices and standard patterns, but seek opportunities to elevate the user experience beyond them.
• Good at stakeholder management and able to get stakeholders with varying agendas on board in the name of improving the overall user experience and having a positive impact on company metrics.
• Experience of working closely with the UX writing discipline and UX Research
• High quality standards
• Experience of working with Figma, Miro, design systems
