YOUR ROLE AT VEEZU

As our first in-house Product Designer, reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll shape the experience across all rider and driver partner touch points. You’ll partner closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers to design with insight, build scalable systems, and improve real-world interactions across apps, web and voice interfaces.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead product design across passenger and driver partner apps and our web booker.
• Build and maintain a coherent design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing using both qual and quant methods.
• Create cost-efficient design solutions within technical and operational limits.
• Elevate UI through thoughtful typography, micro-interactions, and clear interface copy.
• Treat the full user experience holistically – on-screen and offline.
• Advocate for users, acting as a hands-on problem-solver within the product team.
• Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
