ABOUT THE ROLE We have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and solutions focused individual to join our Cotton On Foundation team as a Senior Product Developer on a 6 month contract. You will enable our vision by developing ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operating rhythm of the category and will be the pivotal link between our buyer and admin support to ensure that we are delivering quality products that our customers know and love. You will partner with our buyer and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, manage product schedules, maintain compliance and review samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks. If you are passionate about creating amazing products that make a difference, then this could be your new role.    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE   * Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles  * Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team  * Proven ability with technical specifications, colour and strike off approvals  * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence  * Strong organisation, planning and time management skills  * Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand  * Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator.   OUR CULTURE At the Cotton On Foundation, we learn, challenge ourselves, and grow together.
