You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of investment products for our wholesale clients within Global Investment Services, bringing new capabilities and investment strategies to life from ideation through to launch. This full time role can be based in Sydney, on Warrane Gadigal Country, or Melbourne, on Naarm Wurundjeri Country. You’ll design and deliver investment structures, manage the end to end product development journey, and help onboard and collaborate with suppliers and vendors. You’ll support the creation of feeder funds, discretionary portfolios and other investment solutions, while building smooth operational processes across the business. You’ll work closely with project teams, stakeholders and specialists across Westpac to prioritise features, align milestones and ensure the successful rollout of new product capabilities. You’ll translate business and client needs into clear requirements, navigate governance processes, and ensure every product meets the right standards, obligations and controls. What do I need? • Experience in investment structuring and product delivery • Experience launching managed investment schemes ideally with some mix of exposure to multi class managed funds, managed portfolios, and fund of funds • Experience working with investment teams to launch new portfolios ideally with some mix of exposure to multi sector, public markets, and private markets strategies • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate with attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity • Experience working on investment products distributed through wealth management platforms as well as to wholesale clients • Knowledge of offshore investment structures such as UCITS, Cayman Island, and US domiciled investment funds Why join us?
