ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Research and Development team.
You’ll collaborate with different teams, transforming brilliant ideas into top-tier, mass-production ready products. You’ll dive deeply into complex testing setups to understand the influence of production aspects on product performance, while continually enhancing ongoing processes.
Positioned at the core of our Product Team, you’ll have a direct impact on driving Emma’s exponential growth.
WHAT YOU´LL DO:
- Focus on guaranteeing the highest quality in mass production-ready products, mitigating issues related to production and engineering.
- Work with teams across the globe, serving as a crucial link between designers, project managers, and R&D units within our supplier network.
- Collaborate closely with international suppliers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with production standards.
- Develop products to drive innovation and optimize product design for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Process Optimization: pursue new knowledge to enhance product compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate economies of scale through component unification.
- Function as the central knowledge hub within the organization, cultivating a wealth of knowledge across various departments and establishing themselves as the primary point of contact for any product-related inquiries.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: possess a profound understanding of product and testing requirements across diverse markets, ensuring compliance and maintaining product quality.
- FMEA Procedure: Set up, steer, and continuously optimize the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) procedure.
