Description

Analyze yield data from various sources, including wafer sort, final test, and reliability data, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yield performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Support product development milestone review on yield status Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with preferred >3 relevant years of experience. Familiar with process technology on FEOL and BEOL and fab parametric test correlation with product yield. Knowledge of semiconductor memory cell/array/periphery characterization, test. Knowledge of semiconductor product test/burn in flow, and ATE test concept. Proven ability to segregate yield detractor root causes by product design margin, fab excursion/ variation, test margin/ instability &operational inefficiency. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with automotive SoC microcontrollers and their applications. Familiarity with industry-standard yield analysis tools, such as PDF Exensio or Silicon.Da Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques applied to yield enhancement.
