Our product engineering team in Caen is looking to expand its footprint with an experienced, passionate, talented and self-driven product engineer. At our Caen site in France, as a product engineer, you will be part of an inspiring team of more than 100 people including IC architects, Design Engineers, Validation Engineers, Test & Product engineers, and Quality engineers. Your responsibilities As Product Engineer in SCE product line, in our Caen location, you will be responsible of the qualification and industrialization of our NFC new products roadmap. At the heart of the development process, you will be in charge to guarantee the compliance of the new products to their specification and quality targets. You will define the qualification flow, develop the reliability tools to guarantee the conformance of the products to our qualification standards, and assess the capability and robustness of our products versus volume and manufacturing process variations. Through high volume statistical analysis during the development phase, you will analyze the qualification results from automated test equipment and lab bench which will enable the iterative improvements of our products Your profile Coming from BAC + 5 in data science / electronic cursus, you already have 5 years experience in a similar position and you master the following technical skills : Experienced & knowledgeable in semiconductor NPI (new product introduction) bring-up and IC qualification Analog and digital electronics Physics of semiconductors, statistics, methodology for analyzing and solving complex problem Hardware and software development of reliability solutions (HTOL, ESD/LU, BHAST execution and debug) Knowledge of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), such as Advantest and Teradyne Experience in data analysis software such as PDF Exensio Yield, Optimal+, JMP Experience in programming (Python is preferred, R, C++) is a plus Experience in Non-Volatile / Flash memory technologies is a plus Technical leadership in cross functional teams Excellent communication skills and influencing others Strongly data-driven in how you make decisions Self-driven and able to take ownership and initiative Able to travel to NXP locations worldwide.
