The goal is to derive business‑relevant insights from disaggregated and hybrid data sets and to further develop modern media measurement approaches. As a Product Expert / Statistical Consultant, you work at the intersection of methodology, product, and business. You support the conceptual and methodological advancement of data‑driven products and help translate complex analyses into clear, decision‑relevant insights—with a focus on sales and brand impact. Job Description Your Responsibilities Product & Methodology: Contribute to the design and continuous development of hybrid measurement approaches across the entire product lifecycle Measurement Models: Develop and evaluate models that combine panel, device, and third‑party data (e.g. Reach, Sales Lift, Brand Lift) Expert Track: Provide methodological expertise and consultation to Product, Tech, and Commercial teams, including guidance on assumptions and limitations Stakeholder Support: Translate complex analyses into clear, accessible insights for both internal and external stakeholders Focus Areas in the First 6–12 Months Design and develop methodological concepts for cross‑media measurement, Sales Lift, and Brand Impact Translate market and customer requirements into robust methodological and product‑ready concepts Contribute to pilot projects, assessing feasibility, scalability, and methodological soundness Build and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices Act as a methodological sparring partner for Product and Engineering teams Qualifications Your Profile Experience: At least 5 years of experience in analytics, methodological consulting, or related fields Methodological Expertise: Strong background in statistics, data fusion, and data harmonization Analytics & Technology: Very good knowledge of R and/or Python, with an understanding of modern data architectures and AI‑based approaches Business Focus: Ability to connect methodological rigor with clear business value and measurable outcomes Communication: Confident in explaining complex topics to diverse audiences, including senior‑level stakeholders Language Skills: Fluent English & German Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
