This role will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with Trip’s strategic objectives to achieve significant business impact. This candidate will also lead efforts to address business challenges by conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making. This role is central to ensuring that strategic goals are met through well-executed projects and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for product localization for Singapore market, regularly provide local market intelligence to SG team and headquarter to influence global product and marketing direction
  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of projects to drive overall growth of Trip.com Singapore
  • Actively think, plan, identify, build localized products and features with integrate usability studies, research and market analysis that address customer needs
  • Drive problem solving and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable business solutionsFacilitate cross-department collaboration, communication and strategic implementation between SG market and headquarters
