• Significant Product Management experience with API platforms, developer platforms, connected banking and platform engineering products
• Demonstratable success in a product and/or channel management capacity, with excellent knowledge of product management lifecycle and experience developing and commercializing new digital capabilities or client experience improvements
• Experience of an Agile/Scaled agile delivery environment and understanding the roles of the agile delivery team
• Excellent communication ability, written and verbal, to explain complex ideas simply in client centric language, including data requirements
• Hands-on experience defining and owning client sandbox capabilities including API simulation/mocking, scenario-based testing, self-service provisioning, and developer diagnostics/observability.

About you

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
• At least five years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist, including specific experience with product lifecycles and design processes
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience within the IT, cloud or communications industry would be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
• The ability to interpret customer requirements and consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills
