* Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SME’s * Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc. * Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.) * Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc. * Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs * Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives Manage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey for SMEs, including account fulfillment, activation, and funding. They will also manage a team of virtual relationship managers and collaborate with operations and compliance to drive efficiency and reduce backlogs.
