Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you'll act as the entrepreneur of our full-stack application - everything from onboarding, self-service, contracting, integrations, and more. You will own its vision, execution, and customer outcomes end to end. You will leverage your deep understanding of complex systems, APIs, and integrations to enhance the application’s functionality, user experience, and customer value. You will dive deep into customer challenges, define bold solutions, and partner closely with engineering and commercial leadership to deliver products that are valuable, user friendly, and stand out in the market. This role calls for someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially aware, and relentless about execution. You will operate at a high level of scope and influence, aligning stakeholders, ensuring engineering is resourced and committed, and surfacing risks early to deliver outcomes without surprises. Your ability to create clarity in ambiguity, build alignment across teams, and inspire people to rally behind a vision that moves the business forward. What you'll do: Drive the development of features across multiple products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA Leverage your deep understanding of our customers' businesses and our user behavior to design an intuitive, reliable user experience that addresses key customer needs and delivers measurable value Partner with the Head of Product to shape product strategy and ensure it is communicated clearly and consistently across the organization Commit to continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to enhance both business outcomes and customer satisfaction Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to align on the optimal approach for delivering the feature roadmap with resilience and timeliness Act as a product evangelist, advocating for AgentSync's solutions and their value both internally to teams and externally to customers and stakeholders Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within AgentSync's products. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on product objectives Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth. Your experience: Over 5 years of demonstrated success in advancing products from "1 to 2" and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment for enterprise customers. Proven experience in leading strategic product initiatives, from concept development to pitching to senior leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of spotting opportunities and turning them into results Experience in developing API-first products. A mindset grounded in first-principles thinking. A strong history of hands-on problem-solving with a "roll up your sleeves" approach. Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence executives and align diverse stakeholders Analytical and commercially aware with the ability to connect customer insight to business growth History of effective product–commercial partnerships that drove adoption and growth Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline without direct authority Familiarity with AWS or Salesforce is beneficial. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus. Knowledge of the insurance industry, Insuretech, or experience in regulated industries is highly desired.
