In this role, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of a cutting-edge AI-powered copilot designed to transform digital ad operations. Accountabilities Define and lead the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes such as efficiency gains and revenue growth. Gather and prioritize customer feedback, translating insights into clear product requirements. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive AI-powered features. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and development to testing and go-to-market. Continuously evaluate product performance, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization. Ensure seamless integration with major ad tech platforms and publisher systems. Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain product leadership in the AI AdOps space. 3+ years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, automation, or ad tech. Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, AdOps workflows, or publisher monetization. Proven experience with AI agents, workflow automation, or orchestration tools. Data-driven decision-making mindset, with strong analytics and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic thinker with strong execution and customer-first mindset. Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) is a plus. Nice to have: experience with AI copilots, multi-agent systems, conversational interfaces, or ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid, or OpenX. 100% remote role with flexible working hours.
