Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of one of the most ambitious and high-impact bets at Eucalyptus: our patient facing AI Health Assistant.
This role sits at the cutting edge of healthcare and generative AI – building a personalised health assistant that supports patients across their treatment journey, from education and motivation to clinical outcomes. It’s a rare opportunity to shape the future of care in a way that scales empathy, intelligence, and support for thousands of people every day.
You’ll drive the strategy, design, and iteration of the Assistant across our two fastest-growing clinics – Juniper and Compound – with the goal of creating transformative patient experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own the Gen AI Assistant roadmap – working with Group PM and Head of Product, defining the patient problems we solve, what we build, why it matters, and how we measure success.
  • Experiment and ship quickly – build fast feedback loops to test ideas, iterate on real-world insights, and deliver patient value at pace.
  • Design magical, AI-powered experiences – imagine and create new ways the Assistant can solve meaningful, personal problems and embed our product deeper into the daily lives of patients Using generative AI and large language models.
  • Partner deeply with engineering, data, design, and clinical – this is a highly cross-functional role where success depends on tight collaboration.
  • Dive into the data – analyse product usage, model performance, and health outcomes to uncover opportunities for impact.
  • Shift from generalist to specialist – develop deep product and patient understanding to deliver targeted improvements that matter most.
  • Have fun pushing boundaries – try new things, challenge status quo, and help us figure out what the future of healthcare looks like.
