Why This Role Matters You'll be building an audio-focused personalization feature at scale that's delightful and fun while simultaneously establishing the foundational control layer for other AI products at Staffbase. This defines how AI behaves throughout our entire platform and shapes how millions of users interact with intelligence daily. Expect: Direct c-level exposure with high-stakes deadlines and executive visibility Extreme customer proximity - you'll be embedded with go-to-market and working directly with users Zero-to-one building on one of the most exciting bets we're making as a company What you’ll be doing Own the full lifecycle of a critical AI product from conception through scale, building for frontline employees on AI foundations Define and build the control layer that determines how AI behaves across Staffbase platform Drive ruthless execution - ship fast, cut corners intelligently, and rally teams around bold decisions Work as a team with customers, go-to-market, engineering, and design to iterate at speed Challenge the status quo - critically evaluate processes, kill what doesn't work, and champion doing things differently Bring the team forward through energy, conviction, and a bias for action What you need to be successful Startup DNA - you've built 0→1 products at fast-moving companies and thrived in the chaos Proven execution chops - track record of shipping impactful products under tight timelines with ambiguous requirements Bold leadership style - you make the call and get people excited to follow Smart corner-cutting - you know when to be scrappy vs. when to build for scale Strong personality with edge - confident, opinionated, fun to work with, and not afraid to push back 7+ years in product management at SaaS/tech companies Customer obsession - you've worked closely with users and go-to-market to understand real problems Commercial mindset - you understand how product decisions drive revenue and business outcomes What you'll get Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan) Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560 Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of €1000 and one day off for growth per year (increase to two days in 2nd year) Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August Wellbeing - Monthly Wellbeing Allowance €35, from fitness to mental health, hobbies to relaxation Support - we’re offering a company pension scheme Health - The offices are equipped with fruits, drinks and snacks and ergonomic workplaces Volunteers Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project Employee Referral Program - one of your friends is a fit to one of our full-time openings?
