Description
About the Role Reporting to the Director of Product, you'll sit at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, user experience and technology. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for a product portfolio within Quantaco's hospitality management platform, ensuring every investment delivers measurable customer value while supporting our broader commercial objectives. This is a senior hands-on role with significant influence across the business. You'll work through ambiguity, frame complex problems, make informed trade-offs and align cross-functional teams around clear product outcomes. You'll partner closely with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure we're solving the right problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences and bringing products successfully to market. A key focus of the role will be creating a more connected product experience across hospitality workflows, helping Quantaco feel like one integrated platform while owning product capabilities that solve high-value customer problems, including areas such as staffing optimisation, operational insights and workflow efficiency. What You'll Be Doing Own the product roadmap for your portfolio, balancing strategic growth initiatives with renewal-critical work, product quality improvements and technical investment. Translate business strategy into clear product priorities by defining customer problems, evaluating opportunities and making thoughtful prioritisation and trade-off decisions. Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, market insights and commercial evidence to ensure investment is focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. Work closely with Product Owners, Designers and Engineering teams to ensure initiatives are well defined, appropriately scoped and ready for delivery. Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to support go-to-market planning, product adoption, customer retention and ongoing value realisation. Define success metrics and use customer feedback, usage analytics and commercial performance to measure impact and continuously improve the product. Champion a customer-first product culture, ensuring customer insight remains central to product strategy and decision making. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Product Management practices, helping raise the quality and consistency of product thinking across the organisation. About You You're someone who enjoys solving complex customer problems and can comfortably balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You bring a strong customer mindset, excellent commercial judgement and the ability to influence across multiple teams without relying on formal authority. You'll also bring: 5+ years' experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, operational software or data-led technology products. Experience owning products or product portfolios end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap development through to delivery, launch and optimisation. Strong product judgement with demonstrated experience in problem framing, prioritisation, roadmap management and decision making in ambiguous environments. Experience connecting product decisions to customer outcomes and commercial measures such as adoption, retention, revenue growth, profitability or cost to serve. Confidence working closely with Product Owners, Designers and Engineering teams throughout agile delivery, backlog refinement and release planning. A data-informed approach, using customer insight, product analytics, market context and commercial evidence to guide decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams. An understanding of how AI can enhance customer workflows through operational insights, recommendations, decision support, automation and improved user experiences. Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, analysis and day-to-day product management practices. Highly Regarded Experience within hospitality technology, POS, workforce management, payroll, accounting platforms, ERP, fintech, analytics products or customer-facing AI solutions will be highly regarded.
