Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

This role is a dynamic blend of business strategy and hands-on product execution, where you will define and implement product vision and strategy. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through go-to-market and continuous optimization. Taking a lead in our high performing product development team, you’ll leverage data and a deep customer understanding to ensure we’re focussing where it adds the most value. You’ll work closely with our development team and bring a strong focus on execution and delivery. Along with our account management team you’ll craft a GTM plan that ensures we’re not just building products but successfully launching, scaling, and realizing value from our products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Customer & Market Voice. You act as the voice of the customer within the business. You’ll gather, prioritize and manage customer and market insights. Conduct user research during ideation and design to ensure the product truly meets customer needs.

  • Execution & Delivery. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from idea approval through design, development, release and impact analysis. You ensure that every phase is executed smoothly and effectively.

  • Go-to-Market. You will lead all aspects of product release, onboarding, sales support, and customer engagement. You’ll work to ensure a seamless and successful product launch and adoption.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap. You collaborate with our Head of Product to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of responsibility. You’ll ensure alignment with company goals and customer demands.
