Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager _ Alliances Function/ Department: Loyalty - Credit Cards Job Purpose: 'Manage and engage with Alliance partners to procure new offers as per business requirements as well as analyse & monitor performance of offers and make suitable modifications; publish dashboards/MIS to business Roles & Responsibilities: '1. Source, negotiate and finalise deals & offer constructs by leasing with Alliance partners or brands directly from the bank's end 2.Strategise Alliance Callander & Create and develop tactical & CVP offers for the Labilities portfolio. 3. Analyse & monitor performance of offers and make suitable modifications; publish periodic dashboards/MIS to business 4. Negotiate IDFC FIRST Bank' visibility for ATL & BTL campaigns & co-funding cost with key partner brands 5. EnE management of Onboarding, Reconciliation, Payments for the partner brand & resolution of Customer Grievances . Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Managing partner contracts as well as ensure receipt of regular payments 2. Liaise with business teams to ensure promotion of sourced offers 3. Ensure compliance /legal guidelines are followed while running offer promotions Qualifications: Graduate-Any Post Graduate Degree-MBA Years of Experience: Min 5 years

Responsibilities

Manage and engage with alliance partners to procure and negotiate new offers for the credit card loyalty portfolio. Monitor offer performance through dashboards and manage the end-to-end onboarding and reconciliation process for partner brands.
