Your mission is to drive fan engagement and revenue uplift through reusable, high-value solutions. Over the first six months, you will spearhead the delivery of internal and client-facing platforms—partnering with stakeholders to define feature sets, socialize roadmaps with leadership, and embed a product-led mindset that turns data into tangible business value. What does a day in the life look like? Embed a product-led mindset for data and analytics across both internal TEG team and external promoters and venues, ensuring solutions are reusable, scalable, privacy-by-design, and deliver clear customer and commercial value. Own the analytics and AI product roadmap, leveraging a strong strategic perspective on the global data and AI landscape to lead end-to-end design, prioritisation, and delivery, translating data strategy into tangible business impact. Partner with internal teams and external clients to define tiered product roadmaps, clearly distinguishing core platform capabilities from client-specific enhancements to optimise investment and delivery efficiency. Implement strong governance and delivery frameworks, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance across all data products, while clearly articulating priorities, dependencies, and risks, and defining effective mitigation plans to support predictable and successful delivery. Champion product development best practices, embedding Agile ways of working, prioritisation frameworks, and delivery tooling into day-to-day operations. Actively engage with senior leadership to socialise roadmaps, report progress updates, and demonstrate value. About You We are looking for a curious, analytical product leader with 7+ years experience driven product success in fields of Data Science, Advanced Analytics or AI. Skills and Experience Product Mastery: A proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics and AI products that generate clear commercial ROI (e.g., measurable visitor economy uplift or lower CPAs). Collaborative Thought Leadership: The ability to provide strategic direction to internal teams and external clients, translating complex data capabilities into actionable business features. Framework Expertise: Strong command of product management frameworks (Agile, MoSCoW, RACI) and a disciplined approach to governance and delivery. Platform Fluency: Strong understanding of the data and AI platform ecosystem, including data platforms, adtech, martech, and CRM systems. Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning engineering concepts. Cross-Functional Success: Demonstrated experience working effectively in environments that fuse product, technology, data, and design practices. Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for executive stakeholders through interactive discussions and presentations.
