This is your role:

• Take over ownership and responsibility for defining and implementing a successful Plantura App strategy, aligning & achieving both user and business goals, and ensuring seamless interaction with the digital Plantura ecosystem.
• Develop a deep understanding and empathy for the pain points and needs of our target audience, creating creative and smart solutions around gardening and plant care while ensuring high product quality and user satisfaction.
• Work closely with design, UX, marketing and engineering to generate new product ideas, evaluate them efficiently, and implement them promptly. Manage all stakeholders effectively and collaborate with other teams such as web or content.
• Create and communicate roadmaps, work in an agile environment, and actively manage backlog and priorities – always prioritizing outcome over output.
• Improve products and features measurably by approaching problems analytically and data-driven.
