Description
Senior Product Manager - Intelligence & Integrations About the company Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world’s largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimise portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions. We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth - combining real-time condition insights with the operational context needed to prioritise work, manage risk, and drive efficient action across large property networks. Asseti automates condition detection, triage, repair prioritisation, and cost forecasting at scale. We streamline asset operations by enabling teams to identify issues, understand impact, coordinate responses, and measure improvement - all within one unified platform. We’re building the intelligence and operational backbone that helps leading organisations run their assets with clarity, consistency, and confidence. The opportunity Asseti is already embedded in enterprise decision-making. The next phase of growth is about depth, scale, and integration. As customers rely on Asseti across larger portfolios and more operational workflows, the intelligence & integration layer’s become primary growth levers. This role exists to extend that core capability, making it more flexible, scalable, and deeply connected to the systems enterprises use to operate. This is an opportunity to own a platform pillar that everything else builds on. Success here compounds across product capability, customer outcomes, and long-term defensibility. The role You will shape the Intelligence and Integrations pillar of Asseti. Your responsibility is to evolve how Asseti structures, applies, and operationalises asset intelligence, extending existing capabilities to support greater automation and customer configurability without compromising data integrity or platform semantics. You will also define and execute Asseti’s integration strategy, setting how intelligence connects into customer environments through scalable patterns across ERP, CMMS, and related operational systems. This role requires strong systems thinking, sound technical judgement, and sustained customer engagement. You will set direction, make hard trade-offs, and establish standards that other teams and workflows rely on. What you will do Own product strategy and execution for Asseti’s intelligence and integrations pillar, covering how captured and integrated data is transformed into decision-grade asset intelligence. Drive customer value and adoption by identifying where intelligence is not actionable enough, defining product improvements, and enabling greater automation and configurability aligned to customer risk profiles. Develop a deep understanding of enterprise asset operations, personas, and workflows through direct customer conversations, hands-on discovery, and continuous feedback loops. Partner closely with go-to-market teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to synthesise customer feedback and ensure Asseti’s intelligence and integrations align with real operational needs. Define success metrics and track outcomes, with accountability for both customer impact, such as adoption, decision confidence, and workflow usage, and business outcomes, including retention and expansion. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality intelligence capabilities and integrations end to end. Make clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions within your area of ownership, balancing customer needs, platform integrity, and long-term scalability. Communicate product direction, progress, and decisions clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership. Contribute to the broader product organisation by sharing learnings, raising the bar on execution, and helping shape how Asseti builds and scales product over time What you will bring 5+ years experience as a Product Manager on complex B2B software products Customer obsession. Experience working directly with customers, including conducting discovery interviews, synthesising feedback, and validating solutions Proven experience delivering products with external integrations, including defining APIs, data contracts, synchronisation logic, and write-back behaviour You are high agency.
