About the role The Aussie Product Team is responsible for delivering and iterating on products that complement the Australian home loan journey. These products span across General Insurance (Allianz), Asset Finance (Platform Finance), My Protection Plan (ALI), Deposit Bonds (Deposit Assure), and Aussie Conveyancing (Settle Easy). As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally to manage and grow existing Aussie products while developing new partnership-led offerings. With a strong focus on operational product management, you’ll optimise processes, drive efficiencies, and ensure initiatives align with partner value and business goals. This role will be based in Sydney, working from the office 3 days a week. Job Description We’re looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Senior Product Manager to drive a seamless home ownership experience through high-value partner integrations and operational product initiatives. In this role, you will: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for partner products (existing and new). You will be the Subject Matter Expert across products like General Insurance, Asset Finance, My Protection Plan, Deposit Bonds, Conveyancing, and future partners. Lead partner relationships and governance, balancing business priorities with third-party expectations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership to scope, prioritise, and deliver high-impact products. Drive end-to-end delivery – from requirements and build to release, training, and communications. Apply data-driven decision making to evaluate opportunities, maximise ROI, and guide continuous improvement. Qualifications What you'll bring: 5+ years' experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering commercially viable partner products. Background in Home Loans, Financial Services (preferred but not essential). Experience in startups / scaleups — especially if you’re used to wearing multiple hats and building from the ground up. Strong track record in operations-focused product management and agile delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience leading external partnerships and complex relationships. Cross-functional leadership, working across product, partnerships, and leadership teams to deliver and iterate on a product portfolio. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysis, funnels, and success metrics to guide decision making. Comfortable with governance, compliance, and stakeholder communications while driving impactful product outcomes.
