Lead the full product development lifecycle, encompassing ideation, requirements gathering, design, feature prioritization, agile sprint management, and successful feature adoption. Use data analysis, A/B experimentation, and measurable outcomes to guide and inform strategic decisions. Identify and execute quick-win opportunities while balancing longer-term product growth and vision. Continuously gather and assess product analytics, user feedback, and business data to drive meaningful improvements. Communicate proactively and transparently with stakeholders, surface blockers early, manage expectations, foster close team collaboration, demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, urgency, and promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience in B2C environments, working with agile teams. Proven independent delivery of successful products or projects. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable plans, including interpreting A/B tests for optimization. Expert at identifying high-impact opportunities, prioritizing for maximum value, and leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery and productivity. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
