We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our debit and credit products portfolio. Since our vision is to become a financial service for daily use, we need a passionate, driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap for an efficient products activation process.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle - from rare ideas to full-fledged fintech magic.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, security and core teams to ensure that products meet local regulations and security standards but without killing innovation - because we are about balance.
  • Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Be the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance making sure everyone’s on the same page
  • Work hand-to-hand with UI/UX wizards to create a smooth and intuitive experience.
  • Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements.
  • Analyze activation data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and oversee the launch of new features, working with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.
