Our Payment & Merchant Services tīma (team) has an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join them and apply core delivery and product management skills within the Merchant Solution Delivery Team. The Merchant Solution Delivery Team are responsible for managing the product delivery lifecycle from design through to Governance, implementation and post-launch optimization for Card Present and E-commerce offerings. What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Manage the product delivery lifecycle from design through to Governance, implementation and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Procurement colleagues to ensure timely and scalable delivery. Provide integration support to sales and implementation teams. Partner with sales teams to provide pre-sales product expertise and craft tailored acquiring solutions. What is the team culture and environment like? We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills, who is eager to learn. some exposure to Merchant Acquiring is highly beneficial. To fit in well you need to be a great team player, with a curious and customer focussed mindset. Key requirements include: 5+ years of Financial Services, Product Management or Delivery experience Strong understanding of merchant acquiring infrastructure, including terminals, online gateways, PCI compliance, and settlement processes Skills in data analysis, business case development, report writing and business software use Demonstrable experience of engaging with stakeholders effectively across the organisation Commercially savvy with the ability to balance technical depth and business value. Prior experience within Merchant Acquiring, or Payments, would be highly beneficial What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?
