• A strong understanding and familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of Products (inc Jira, Jira Service Management, etc).
• Good Product development and delivery experience;
• Understanding of data structure and master data management;
• Understanding of software development and web architecture lingo which enables good communication with the technical teams.
• Understanding on design, ux, ui, cro and seo practices used on modern products, mobile applications, and websites.
• Strong understanding of Better’s Collective business model and objectives and the ability to leverage this knowledge when communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to run multiple medium sizes initiatives or projects alongside the main product within scope

• Define processes and governance around the products and teams in the scope of this role.
• Responsible for backlog refinements, user stories, roadmaps and general project management
• Primary contact person for all feature- and development requests related to the products and teams in the scope of this role.
• Co-work in a team of cross-functional product building team (including not but exclusive to (Software Engineering, AI Engineerings, QA, Design, UX, UI, SEO, CRO, etc) and build collaborative relationships with the other employees co-working on the product;
• Strong ability to navigate, lead and work with the product delivery life cycle, including but not limited to:
• Business Case Creation
• Product or Feature Research
• Product Conceptualisation
• Backlog Planning, Estimation and Management
• Deadline Management
• Stakeholder involvement and communication
• Product Benchmarking and Analytics
• Facilitate product strategy for our Business side to hit financial and operational goals.
