DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Product Manager to join our team. You’ll own features end-to-end, from idea to release, and play a critical role in shaping user experience and delivering real customer value. You must be confident working cross-functionally, driving discovery and delivery, and designing high-quality solutions in Figma.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS and mobile/web platforms.
• End-to-end ownership: You can lead work from concept to release, aligning user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Strong discovery skills: You know how to validate ideas, gather insights, and shape problems worth solving.
• Startup mentality: You’re a self-starter, independent, and resourceful. You move quickly, adapt fast, and aren’t afraid to fail, learn and try again.
• Confident design ability: You can wireframe or mock up solutions in Figma to communicate and validate ideas (doesn’t need to be pixel-perfect).
• Excellent collaboration skills: You’re great at working with engineers, QA, commercials and leadership to clearly communicate the “why” behind product decisions.
• Structured thinking: You write clear specs, manage delivery smoothly, and can break down complex work into actionable steps.
• Data-informed mindset: You can define success, track metrics, and adjust based on results, without losing sight of customer context.
• Comfort with ambiguity: You’re decisive even when things aren’t fully defined, and you know how to move fast without breaking trust.

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, solution design, execution, launch, and iteration.
• Lead product discovery, define problem spaces, and validate solutions with real users.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to scope and deliver product releases.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, or high-fidelity flows for validation and development.
• Write clear PRDs, tickets, and product documentation.
• Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Use data, feedback, and intuition to continuously refine the product.
