Job Overview We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Pipelines teams, and help design the future of a platform that’s used every day by some of the best software teams in the world. You’ll spend time working directly with customers and collaborate closely with engineers and designers, plan and deliver changes that meaningfully improve how our customers ship software. You’ll report to our VP of Product. 🚀 What You’ll Do Collaborate with your Engineering Manager and the engineers in your team on ideating the best way to solve customer problems Collaborate with your Design Engineer to work on optimal UI/UX for new or improved product capabilities Collaborate with your Product Marketing Manager on upcoming feature announcements and align on success metrics Analyse product analytics and other data to find trends, inform, validate, or disprove hypotheses Jump on Zoom calls with customers to better understand issues they are experiencing, while capturing recurrent themes in your roadmap Work with Sales to answer questions about upcoming feature launches, and ensure that sales enablement materials are prepared before launch Work closely with the platform Product Manager to translate feature goals into infrastructure requirements and define the scale and performance metrics needed for success. Work with our partners to secure additional capacity and align delivery timelines 🎨 What You Bring Experience as a Product Manager, or functionally equivalent, in a SaaS environment Exposure to running cloud software or platforms at scale Strong understanding of the CI/CD ecosystem and related developer tooling Solid grasp of programming languages and software development methodologies High empathy and effective communication skills.
