What You Bring

Must-haves:

• A track record leading enterprise or back-office product initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience managing full product lifecycles in a finance-related or enterprise systems domain
• Comfort partnering directly with Finance/Operations leadership to drive measurable outcomes
• Solid Agile fundamentals and experience with product portfolio management
• Strong communicator — equally credible with technical teams and business executives

• Exposure to AI-enabled tools or process automation
