  • Strong track record in strategic planning, prioritisation, and roadmap delivery.
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making, utilising analytics, AI, or market insights.
  • Recognised expertise in Agile leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of customer and market insight methodologies.
  • Retail sector experience and/or French language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will take ownership of strategic product portfolios, ensuring that investment decisions, innovation initiatives, and delivery roadmaps are aligned with wider business goals. You will influence at executive level, guiding the organisation’s vision through customer insights, market analysis, and performance measurement.
You will act as a thought leader in Agile and collaborative practices, driving cross-functional teamwork and ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved. By shaping long-term roadmaps and managing stakeholder relationships, you will play a critical role in delivering products that meet evolving customer and market needs. Supported by CGI’s collaborative culture, you’ll have the autonomy to innovate while being backed by a network of experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Innovate: Define and drive portfolio-level product strategy, innovation planning, and prioritisation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
