Responsibilities

As a product manager at Cint, you are primarily responsible for:

  • Understanding and communicating the problems of our users and customers.
  • Defining requirements for a solution that our users and customers love.
  • Ensuring our products add value and contribute to the future vision of Cint.

As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Have a deep understanding of the customer and a passion for solving real-world problems. You’ll need to be a strong storyteller, with the ability to articulate the customer’s needs to a wide group of stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for developing vision & roadmap of key platform components, and executing on a customer-driven roadmap within an agile environment.
  • Work closely with business and technical leads to drive alignment - leveraging user interviews, stakeholder feedback, and beta programs to meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Drive strategic, data-driven thinking, insight, and context around complex business trade-offs, framing strategic and tactical investments.
  • Develop epics and user stories that are informative, concise, and drive effective decision making and collaboration with engineering
  • Familiar with product design and UX principles to improve customer experience and enhance understanding through data visualization.
  • Engage closely with marketing, training, support, and sales teams to develop successful go-to-market and positioning plans for new products and features. Be seen as a thought leader for your product area.
