JOB DESCRIPTION

About you: You will report to the Head of Product for our Not For Profit Portfolio and will play a vital role working within our NPE (Non-Profit and Education) Division, setting the strategic product direction and defining the roadmap for our Donorfy CRM. • Access is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team. You will have strong experience in managing SaaS products in an agile product development environment. You will have a deep understanding of databases and CRM systems. • Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach. • You deeply understand the needs and pain points of key CRM user personas through research, customer feedback and data analysis • You use data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success to identify opportunities for further optimisation, and you are able to communicate effectively with technical teams • Champion innovation and ideas that deliver exceptional value and differentiate Donorfy in the CRM market to ensure and grow competitive advantage and revenue • You will own the roadmap, aligning it with business goals, customer needs and market opportunities • Informed by sound research methodologies, you will define and prioritise features, enhancements and initiatives to drive customers satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. • You will lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including a triad of Engineering, UX and Product, along with Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Support and Customer Success. • Act as the commercial owner of the product, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across teams to deliver and exceed against the commercial targets • You’ll share knowledge and insight about industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging technologies in the CRM and fundraising space • You are outcome orientated, with a focus on delivering results that drive customer and business success. • As a product leader you will demonstrate best practice and product excellence, sharing learning for continual improvement • You are confident in influencing stakeholders with the ability to navigate conflict, mitigate risk and manage indecisiveness. • Whilst communicating and working with customers, you are able to prioritise broader product strategy over reactive customer requests. • You will work with Product Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. Day-to-day, you will: • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, Creating the product roadmap for your products aligned with the company Strategy and Vision. • Use sound understanding and appreciation of the Market, customer problems and competitive landscape along with research and metrics to inform decisions. • Contribute to growing the product, ensuring profitability and developing innovative new ideas. • Collaborate with key stakeholders and all other departments and divisions to communicate the product roadmap, product content and launch. • Develop, implement and manage a launch plan for responsible product, working closely with all departments to execute the plan. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customers; business processes and requirements, becoming a product expert, able to do pre-sales demos of all of your products. • Work with the other Product Managers to understand the overall portfolio, to facilitate the overall product strategy, integration and cross sell. • Initiate and support engagement with clients through Special Interest Groups, User Groups and other events. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Charity and fundraising experience is desired, but not mandatory. • Flexible and pragmatic, able to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines by using effective analytical and problem-solving skills and can prioritize appropriately. • Proactive, works at pace, goal orientated with a strong delivery and commercial focus. • Demonstrates sound judgement, able to make wise decisions despite ambiguity independently whilst recognizing when to escalate for more senior approval. • Organized, methodical, calm under pressure with strong Interpersonal skills. • Able to grasp technical concepts and new product functionality quickly. • Can balance execution of the long-term strategy with the need to deliver short term results.
