The opportunity We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead the strategic vision and execution of CommBank Yello for Business, shaping a compelling reward & recognition proposition that delivers value to customers, and meets our Business Bank strategic objectives. See yourself in our team The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of business customers’ everyday banking needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposits & Transactions, Payment Acceptance, Commercial Cards, Customer Loyalty Propositions, Customer Lifecycle Management and Transaction Banking Services frontline. This role sits in the Cards and Loyalty Crew, which has the unique responsibility to design, build and run the Business Bank’s loyalty proposition, that enables us to take the “best of CommBank” to the market, so we can drive greater customer value, and grow our leading market share. We’re interested in hearing from people who can Define and help drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and performance of the Business Bank’s loyalty proposition. Drive customer engagement and sustainable commercial growth. Develop and evolve the CommBank Yello for Business program value proposition, tiering structure, and benefits frameworks to address identified customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive threats. Own end-to-end product changes and enhancements, securing appropriate approvals and managing governance, risk, and compliance requirements. Develop robust business cases and commercial models to support investment decisions and prioritisation. Communicate clearly and persuasively, translating complex analytical insights into compelling recommendations. Influence and align diverse stakeholders across Business Banking, Retail Banking Services, Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, Partnerships, Technology and Risk. Apply Human Centered Design principles to deeply understand business customer needs and translate insights into differentiated, seamless end-to-end experiences. Lead discovery initiatives, using research, experimentation, and performance data to validate and optimise solutions. Proactively manage risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations. Experience and Skills 5+ years Product Management experience, ideally within financial services, loyalty programs, or customer engagement propositions. Risk mindset with proactive identification and management of regulatory and operational risks. All CommBank employees are expected to pro-actively identify, understand, and openly discuss and act on current and future risks. Strong strategic thinking capability with proven success defining and delivering a product vision and roadmap. Understanding of loyalty programs beneficial. Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex data sets, building commercial cases, and driving optimisation decisions. Demonstrated ability to balance customer experience, commercial outcomes, risk, and operational considerations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving capability with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity.
