• Management of the end-to-end product value chain for the International Trading and Derivatives products.
• Monitoring of product P&L, product performance and competitor landscape
• Identification of growth opportunities and delivery of initiatives to continuously improve the product offering
• Ensuring continued product compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant Group Policies and Standards
• Gaining insights into customer needs, and leading change to resolve customer pain points
• Proactive identification, mitigation, and management of product risks
• Acting as the Product SME on key initiatives
• Coaching of the Product Managers in the squad to drive consistent, high quality outcomes
• Building and fostering of strong relationships across the product value chain, to ensure efficient delivery of product roadmap and resolution of issues.
